Abstract

A Study about Organizational Climate with Customer-Satisfactory of Library of Art & Cultural Organization of Tehran Municipality (I.R.Iran)

The goal of this research is to study the relationship between the organizational climate and Satisfactory of Library Clients of the Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality. Material & Methods: In order to achieve the goal, organizational climate is evaluated by Climate Qual technique among 245 librarians and satisfactory clients by Questionnaire forms. This research is descriptive by method and applicable by purpose via Correlative method. Results: the findings reveals that first, there is a strong and positive relationship between organizational climate and satisfactory of library clients and second, there is a meaningful difference in librarians’ attitudes according to gender, ages and job experience. Conclusion: Findings revealed that although the young motivated librarians evolve in libraries of the Cultural and Artistic Organization of Tehran Municipality, but there is not a suitable organizational climate between them and last, the most important elements of clients’ satisfactions are librarians’ knowledge and skillfulness.
