Abstract

The Implementation of The Agenda 2030 at The International Center of Art and Humanistic Cultur: A Case Study From The Humanitas Library

This report deals with the actions of a unit of information in the context of a place that speaks internationally and conveys a message that is gathered in the name: International Center of Art and Humanistic Culture Recanto Maestro. In this site, to contribute to the improvement of society based on training and human development, is the university and community library Humanitas. The reason for the Humanitas is in support for education, the incentive to culture and research. Following the same direction, it has the objective of promoting the humanistic culture, following the precepts laid down by the United Nations (UN). In this scenario, and through a case study, are highlighted the actions of this unit and how access to information can contribute to the implementation of the agenda at the International Center Recanto Maestro. The agenda includes a description of actions already implemented in the library, as they occur, its impacts and planning for future actions, which corroborate with the Agenda 2030.
