Abstract
Data-Driven field experiences for Mutual Improvement
This paper describes the field experience for teacher librarian (TL) candidates at California State University Long Beach (CSULB). The three key components include: 1) the series of data collection tools that structure the experience; 2) the analytic conversations and actions that arise from analyzing the data jointly; and 3) the impact of the data collection, analysis and actions on the teacher librarian candidate and site teacher librarian’s practices.Item Type: | Conference or Workshop Item (Paper) | ||||||
