Abstract
Manage Partnerships! Tools for Strategic Library Development
Strategically selected and sustainably nurtured partnerships, alliances and networks are indispensable resources for organizations, whether in the public or the private sector. This therefore also applies for public and academic libraries of all sizes. But if so, then it is necessary, to develop and maintain these relationships systematically and deliberately through partnership management. Many libraries already collaborate with external partners, but very few have a strategic and professional way of working with partners. The poster presents instruments and procedures for partnership management.Item Type: | Conference or Workshop Item (Poster) | ||||||
